Responsibilities

• Develop and launch custom WordPress websites using Kadence Block Builder or similar tools
• Set up full websites including theme configuration, plugin installation, and light customization
• Manage performance, SEO, security updates, and ongoing maintenance across multiple client sites
• Configure and troubleshoot plugins such as WP Rocket and security tools
• Ensure high design quality and aesthetic consistency across all projects
• Apply modern UI/UX principles to create user-friendly, visually appealing websites
• Meet deadlines and communicate effectively across time zones
• Optimize websites for fast load times and smooth user experience

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in WordPress website development
• Proficiency with Kadence Block Builder and other page builders
• Comfortable managing multiple client websites in a fast-paced agency setting
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and experience with Figma
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with high integrity
• Experience in a digital marketing agency is required, preferably in the US
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
